REEDLEY – The Greater Reedley Chamber of Commerce is inviting business-minded community members to enjoy some free lunch, and to possibly learn a thing or two.
On June 30, the chamber will be partnering with Access Plus Capital to host the Lunch and Learn: Small Business Funding Workshop. Held in the chamber office at 1044 G. St., the workshop will focus on funding opportunities, financial tools and resources for small businesses.
The session will run from 12-1 p.m., and attendees will be provided lunch free of charge.
“Small businesses are the backbone of our local economy,” said Erik Valencia, president and CEO of the chamber, in a press release. “This workshop provides an excellent opportunity for business owners and entrepreneurs to connect with experts, learn about available resources and gain practical information that can help them move their businesses forward.”
The information that will be provided is intended for business in all stages of development, and will give details on topics like operations expansion, equipment purchases, finances and more. During the workshop, representatives from Access Plus Capital will also share information on lending programs, business resources and financial tools for aspiring entrepreneurs.
Access Plus Capital is a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small businesses access affordable support services. Through this partnership with the chamber, attendees can hear directly from professionals who work with businesses throughout the Valley.
