TULARE AND FRESNO COUNTIES – Highlighting academic excellence close to home, four local scholars from Dinuba, Reedley and Sanger are among over 3,000 students at Stanislaus State that were named on the Spring 2023 Dean’s List for their outstanding achievements in higher education.
To attain this prestigious recognition these students have exhibited exceptional dedication, maintaining a GPA of 3.5 or higher while successfully completing a minimum of 12 units of graded coursework at the university.
Among the accomplished scholars are local names such as Brenda Gutierrez Gutierrez from Dinuba, Corynne Marrufo hailing from Reedley, Rosa Torres Marquez representing Dinuba and Alexis Villa of Sanger.
California State University, Stanislaus is committed to serving a diverse student body, comprising more than 10,000 aspiring minds across two distinct Central Valley locations, according to the university. These include the university’s 228-acre campus nestled in Turlock and the Stockton Campus, situated within the historic Magnolia District of the city.
