REEDLEY – A new restaurant in downtown Reedley has blown residents away with its variety of food, drinks and entertainment.

The Greater Reedley Chamber of Commerce officially welcomed The Trade Winds Pub with a ribbon cutting on Dec. 29, celebrating the re-emergence of a pub at 1041 G St.

Heather Ground, who co-owns The Trade Winds Pub with her husband David Peters, sister Laura Yanovsky and brother-in-law Sergey Yanovsky, thanked everyone who helped the family members with their new business endeavor and explained what the establishment features.

Patrons of The Trade Winds Pub can expect traditional British pub fare and drinks alongside a rotation of international cuisine. The restaurant decor is an amalgam of trinkets that are meant to represent the worldly travels of the pub’s fictional owner “A.L. Gerrig.”
