CLOVIS – KVPR invites listeners to see what it takes to produce the Valley’s premiere daily news podcast.
On Oct. 9, KVPR will be opening its studio’s doors to give guests a behind-the-scenes look at the Central Valley Daily podcast, followed by a Q&A with Director of Radio Elizabeth Arakelian and the podcast team. The event will run from 5:30-7:30 p.m., accompanied by pizza and drinks.
Central Valley Daily uploads new episodes every weekday by 5 a.m., providing headlines and interviews on issues impacting Fresno, Merced, Bakersfield, Visalia and more. The podcast is perfect for those on the go, giving a daily dose of news usually within 15 minutes or less.
The upcoming social will give attendees a look into the process, showcasing how stories are selected and how memorable interviews are conducted.
