While detectives detained Borges, ICAC members searched his house located in the 1100 block of Lewis Street in Kingsburg. According to a May 13 FSO press release, detectives confiscated electronic devices that contained digital photographs and videos of child sexual abuse material.

Barges was booked into the Fresno County Jail on felony charges of possession of child sexual abuse material. He was able to post bail and has since been released.

According to the Megan’s Law sex offender registry, Borges was convicted in 2012 of committing lewd or lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14. He was released in 2014.

ICAC comprises 64 federal, state and local law enforcement agencies covering nine counties in the Central Valley. The organization’s goal is to protect children against online predators and to investigate crimes which are perpetrated via the internet.
