Lucia V. Marquez

Lucia V. Marquez, of Sanger, died on Thursday, March 27, 2025. She was 84 years old. Mrs. Marquez was a school liaison. Visitations will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Annadale Baptist Church in Sanger followed by services at 11 a.m. Mrs. Marquez is survived by two sons and one daughter. Dopkins Reedley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Donna June McConnell

Donna June McConnell, born Sept. 6, 1950, died on Dec. 12, 2024. Donna is survived by her daughter Carrie Ann Lawrence of Fresno, California. The estate is being handled by Kimberly Taylor, Fresno County and the Fresno County superior court. No services are planned at this time.

Maria Guadalupe Munguia Mendoza 

Maria Guadalupe Munguia Mendoza, of Reedley, died on Sunday, March 30, 2025. She was 75 years old. Mrs. Mendoza was a homemaker. Visitations will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025, from 5 to 10 p.m. at Dopkins Reedley Funeral Home. Services will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at Dopkins Reedley Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Dopkins Reedley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Louisa Luzan Peralta 

Louisa Luzan Peralta, of Orosi, died on Sunday, March 23, 2025. She was 83 years old. Mrs. Peralta was a farmworker. Visitations will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Sterling & Smith Funeral Home, Dinuba. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday. April 17, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Sterling & Smith Funeral Home followed by burial at Smith Mountain Cemetery. Mrs. Peralta is survived by one son, one daughter, one brother, two sisters and two grandchildren. Sterling & Smith Funeral Home, Dinuba, is in charge of arrangements. 

Rudy Veloz, Jr.

Rudy Veloz, Jr., of Orange Cove, died on Sunday, March 16, 2025. He was 34 years old. Mr. Veloz worked in food sanitation. He was laid to rest at Smith Mountain Cemetery on April, 2, 2025. Wallins Sanger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
