Marcy Ann Christiansen Hunter

Born Oct. 17, 1954, Marcy Ann (Christiansen) Hunter, 71, passed away on Nov. 1, 2025, after a recurring battle with cancer. Those who knew Marcy know that she possessed a warrior spirit and fought to the very end to enjoy her life to the fullest. 

From her joy-filled youth among neighborhood friends in Dinuba, to her years of adventure in Bishop, college ventures at University of Puget Sound and family and work life in Clovis, Marcy was always concerned with the needs of others. She lovingly championed her children and grandchildren in every endeavor. She was an advocate, a friend, wife and mother whose love will never be lost. Hundreds of lives have been changed by her presence, confidence, convictions, and commitment to love above all. 

Marcy is survived by her daughters Amy (Hunter) Adams, Katy (Hunter) Blanchard, and her ex-husband Dane Hunter along with her four grandchildren and sons-in-law. She will always remain in our hearts.

Lupie A. Madrid

Lupie A. Madrid, of Sanger, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025 at the age of 80. A funeral Mass was held on Dec. 3, 2025 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Sanger followed by a burial at the Sanger Cemetery. Wallin’s Sanger Funeral Home assisted the family.
