Rose Bittle

Rose Bittle (nee Teel) 87, passed into eternal life in Kingman AZ on April 7, 2026 at the home of her daughter Pamela McKinney who had cared for her the last few years of life.

Rose was born May 2, 1938 in Missouri and her family moved back to Orange Cove CA in 1948 where she attended McCord Elementary and Reedley High School Class of 1956. She married John McKinney shortly after high school by whom she had two daughters, Pamela and Paula.

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who made the best salmon patties. Rose was known as a loving but strong-willed lady with the best intentions for all. A devout Christian, she espoused those values and led a beautiful life.

Rose was employed at The Fresno Bee for 35 years. After retirement, she and her husband enjoyed traveling with a group from the People’s Church in Fresno, spending time at their timeshare in Pismo Beach, and showing their classic cars in car shows.  Later they joined the fellowship at Calvary Worship Center in Fresno. 

In 2016, the couple moved to Kingman AZ to be near their daughter Pamela.

Rose is survived by Curtis Bittle, her loving husband of 62 years, formerly of Dinuba; her daughters Pamela McKinney of Kingman AZ, Mrs. Paula (Clay) Barton of Yuma AZ, step-daughter Carla (Mike) Tanovitz of Concord CA, grandson Chad Martin of Lodi CA, granddaughters Mrs. Christine (Ryan) Walker of Sacramento CA, Carla Deck of Yuma AZ, and step-grandson Travis (Allyse) Tanovitz and family of Concord CA, her brothers Ralph (Nancy) Teel of Dinuba Rev. Ray (Aline) Teel of Kerman, Bernie (Chrissy) Teel of Seymour MO, Jerry (Debbie) Teel of Wilton CA; sisters Sharon Faye Atkison of Delano, Marilyn Teel of Dinuba, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is predeceased by her parents Amos and Pansy (Holt) Teel of Orange Cove and sister Betty (Harold) Pike of Dinuba.

Graveside services were held by Sterling & Smith Funeral Home in Dinuba on April 20, 2026. Interment at Smith Mountain Cemetery.

Luis G. Cervantes

Mr. Luis G. Cervantes of Parlier passed away at the age of 66. There will be a rosary held on April 22, 2026, at 6 p.m. at Wallin’s Parlier Funeral Home. The Mass will be held Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Parlier, the burial to follow at Parlier Cemetery. The family has entrusted the care and services of their loved one to Wallin’s Parlier Funeral Home.

Joe De Los Santos

Joe De Los Santos of Sanger, passed away at the age of 66. A wake service will be held Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 5:00 pm at Wallin’s Sanger Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Friday, April 24, 2026, at 10 a.m. at Wallin’s Sanger Funeral Home with the burial to follow at Sanger Cemetery. The family has entrusted the care and services of their loved one to Wallin’s Sanger Funeral Home.

Richard Ronny DiQuirico

Richard Ronny DiQuirico, was born Feb. 29, 1944, He passed away on April 5, 2026. His service will be held on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 2 p.m. at the Reedley Dopkins Funeral Home in Reedley.

Frances Elida Remy

Frances Elida Remy of Reedley passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026, at the age of 88. She was a dental office manager. A memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 11 a.m. at the Old St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Reedley with burial at the Reedley Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Ray Remy, one son, one daughter, three brothers, four sisters, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Dopkins Reedley Funeral Chapel will be handling the funeral arrangements.
