Ruth Lorraine Fritz, of Riverdale, passed away at the age of 78 on Aug. 31, 2026. There will be a funeral service on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at Riverdale Community Church, in Riverdale, Calif. Burial services will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Laton, Calif.

Mary M. Tamez, “Pinky,” of Parlier, passed away at the age of 77, on Aug. 25, 2026. A rosary service was held on the evening of Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026, at Wallin’s Parlier Funeral Home in Parlier, Calif. The funeral Mass was held on Wednesday morning, Sept. 9, 2026 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Parlier, followed by the burial at Parlier Cemetery District.
