Dear Editor;

I am writing this letter in gratitude to Serena Bettis for her excellent article which appeared in the July 16, 2023 Mid Valley Times. The title of the article was “Family hopeful as Sanger woman recovers from car crash”. It was a tragic story and yet a heartwarming story.  Gina, the woman in the story, was portrayed as a real life, caring, and loving mother and wife. Usually we read car accident articles that are just factual and robotic. This article was written with a human touch. The photographs were exceptional and depicted the family as one you would like to know. Thank you Serena for your superb article.
