Swedish Festival

The ultimate Scandinavian vacation, the third weekend in May invites all who dare to experience and taste the rich culture of Sweden in Kingsburg filled with entertainment, food and fun!

Thursday:
- 5:30-7:00pm Swedish Pea Soup & Pancake Supper, Downtown
- 5:30pm Svenska Musik Kids Club Performance, Draper St.
- 5:45pm Crowing of the Swedish Queen, Draper St.
Friday:
- 4:00pm City of Kingsburg Awards, Coffee Pot Park
- 5:30-7:00pm Swedish Dinner, Coffee Pot Park
- 5:30-8:00pm Swedish Entertainment, Coffee Pot Park
- 8:00pm ABBA Tribute Band, “The Lingonberries”, Downtown (bringing your own chair is recomended!)
- Also included is the Swedish Smorgasbord and Heritage Program
Saturday:
- 7:00-10:00am Swedish Pancake Breakfast, Coffee Pot Park
- 7:00-9:00am Dala Horse Trot, 10k & 2 Mile Runs
- 7:30-9:00am Decoration of the Maypole, Coffee Pot Park
- 8:00-4:00 Craft & Vendor Fair, Downtown
- 10:00am Welcome Ceremony
- 10:30am Swedish Festival Parade
- 2:00pm Presentation of Parade Awards
- 5:00-7:30pm Gammaldans (Learn Swedish Dancing), Coffee Pot Park
