New Horizons Band and Orchestra of Fresno provides adults a great entry or reentry into music making! Whether you were in school band or orchestra, would like to learn a new instrument or have only dreamed of playing, New Horizons welcomes you and offers the chance to participate and progress at your own rate. Some 70 people already take part in either our community band or string ensemble.
Rehearsals are weekly on Wednesdays beginning at 6:00 p.m. August 25 for the band and 5:30 p.m. August 30 for the string ensemble. Groups perform at least two concerts each school year. Tuition for the fall semester is $60 plus a material of fee $50.
