The band’s success includes three sextuple-platinum albums (Leftoverture\, Point of Know Return\, Best of KANSAS) and over 200 weeks on Billboard charts in the ’70s and ’80s. KANSAS continues to evolve\, releasing “The Absence of Presence” (2020)\, which debuted at No.10 on Billboard\, and celebrating platinum albums with anniversary tours. Their influence spans films\, TV\, video games and a current lineup that blends original members with fresh talent\, ensuring their legacy endures. \nMickey Thomas\nrenowned for his soaring and soulful voice\, became a defining figure in rock music as the lead vocalist of STARSHIP during the 1980s.
